During his career, Dr Nurbhai has been a key contributor to many and varied R&D programs, spanning the compound lifecycle from working with Discovery colleagues to define and assess targets, through bringing compounds into initial Clinical Studies, defining, approving and executing Exploratory and Full Development Plans, and designing and executing Life Cycle Management Plans. 

He has also played pivotal roles in both in- and out- diligence and fund-raising for small, venture-backed organisations, alongside the multitude of activities required from members of the C-Suite.
